Logline:
A female sheriff of a small Arizona mining town joins forces with an over-the-hill FBI agent to solve a series of bizarre suicides apparently assisted by a man known only as Suicide Jack.
Synopsis:
The Killing Season is a thriller about a mysterious man named Suicide Jack who travels from town to town in search for people with suicidal tendencies. He comes to a small Arizona mining town and seeks out a sad young man named William.
William’s sister, Tracy is the Sheriff of the small dying town and soon gets swept up in a series of suicides when an over-the-hill FBI agent comes to investigate.
The final game is played out when the four meet on top of an old dilapidated copper ore processing plant and the night culminates in lies, betrayal, violence and death. In the end, everyone finds what they are looking for in each other, but not all of them come out of it alive.
